Jeanette Kaiser DeLeon, 93 of Susquehanna, passed away Friday January 5^th, 2018 at Allied Skilled Nursing Center, in Scranton, PA. Born January 21, 1924 in Elmsford, NY the daughter of the late Gustave and Lena Kaiser. Surviving her are her children David and Mania DeLeon and Belle Marsha and Daniel Prusinowski, her grandchildren Carrie (Drew) DeLeon Moore and their children Abigail and Naomi, Andrew (Kristin) Prusinowski, and their children, Jacob and Owen, Lorin DeLeon and Jessica Prusinowski. Jeanette was devoted to her son and daughter and their spouses, as well as her grandchildren and great grandchildren. Jeanette along with her brother George, and husband Abraham ran and operated a very successful poultry and dairy farm for over fifty years, Kaiser’s Farm. There were countless people in not only Susquehanna but Binghamton as well who waited weekly for their fresh egg deliveries. She was a fan of all major sports, especially the LA. Dodgers, the New York Footballs Giants and her beloved Penn State. Not surprising her sharp wit and good humor was also a hit at Allied Skilled Nursing, where she connected with staff and patients alike. The family wishes to express a big Thank You to their staff for their care and compassion. Funeral Services will be held Sunday January 7^th, 2018 at the Ernest H. Parsons Funeral Home, 71 Main Street, Binghamton, NY at1:00 PM followed by a graveside service at Beth David Cemetery in Conklin, NY.
