Anne Walker Terry, 52, of Elmira, passed away Monday October 15, 2012 at her home.

Born February 25, 1960, in Binghamton, NY, Anne was the daughter of the late Eleanor (Bischoff) and William Preston Walker.

Anne graduated from Binghamton Central High School, attended Broome Community College and SUNY Morrisville. Anne was very outgoing and made friends easily. She will be remembered by many of her coworkers from  NYSEG, Corning, Incorporated, Kent Brown Toyota, serving as a Notary Public, and Snap Fitness, which Anne owned and operated in Horseheads, NY. Anne enjoyed music, bowling, golf, gardening, and loved cooking. She was a loving mother and sister and will be missed by those who knew her.

Surviving her are her sons; Brennan James Terry, Rochester, NY and Sean Preston Terry, Binghamton NY, her brother Steven R. Walker, Vestal, NY and her loving and supporting ex-husband James E. Terry, Horseheads, NY. She is also survived by her niece, nephews, and cousins.

A Memorial Service to celebrate her life will be held Monday, October 29th, 2012 at 12:00 noon at the Ernest H. Parsons Funeral Home 71 Main Street, Binghamton NY. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon.
