Billie D. Anderson, of Binghamton, passed away on July 23rd, 2023, at the age of 91. Mrs. Anderson was a very strong voice for the disenfranchised and marginalized individuals throughout Broome County. She stood for rights, equality, and justice for all. Funeral services will be held August 3rd, 2023, at the United Presbyterian Church 42 Chenango St. Binghamton NY. Viewing will be from 11:00 AM to 12:45 PM with the service at 1:00 PM.
