James P. Pendrys, 64, of Endwell, passed away Friday January 25, 2013 at his home.

Born November 19, 1948 in Oswego, NY the son of the Late Louis A. and Catherine Carol (Murray) Pendrys.


Jim grew up in Oswego and graduated from Oswego High School in 1966, he was second in his class. He earned a BS in Physics from the University of Rochester, his M. Sc Physics from Queen’s University and a MS Applied Mathematics from Binghamton University,. James worked as a Senior Systems Engineer at Sure Scan in Endicott, NY.  James also worked at Diamond Visionics, of Vestal, ENSCO, Inc. , of Endicott, Hughes Training, Inc Link Division of Binghamton, and the BDM Corporation of Virginia.

Surviving James are his wife, Susan Mary Weber, of Pitman, NJ his brothers; Louis A. Pendrys, of Pepperell, Mass, his twin brother, John P. Pendrys, of Oswego, NY. and Dr David G. Pendrys, of West Hartford, CT as well as aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Family and friends are invited to call Wednesday Evening from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. at the Ernest H. Parsons Funeral Home 71 Main Street, Binghamton NY.
