Joseph Duane Brenchley, 57, of Binghamton passed away Wednesday September 5, 2012 at Kindred Hospital, in Wilkes Barre, PA.
Born August 16, 1955 in Binghamton NY the son of Bernice Olive (Luce) Brenchley and the late John Solomon Brenchley.
Joseph was a lifelong resident of Binghamton. He was a proud Veteran of the U.S. Navy. He was very interested in computers, an avid fan of the Minnesota Vikings, crossword puzzles and gardening.
Surviving him are his sons, Peter James Brenchley, Ian Anthony Brenchley both of Binghamton and Ai Kenneth Brenchley, and their mother Margaret (Buell) Williams both of Gettysburg, SD. He is also survived by his siblings; Amber Marie Arico, Rochester, NY, John Solomon (Barbara) Brenchley Jr., North Tonawanda, NY., Kenneth Clarence (Lorraine) Brenchley, Syracuse, NY and Thomas (Catherine Fox) Brenchley, Johnson City NY. As well as several, nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins. Joseph also leaves behind his special friends Patricia Buchta, and Bonnie Fuller.
Family and friends are invited to call at the funeral home one hour prior to service, from 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. on Saturday September 8, 2012, at the Ernest H. Parsons 71 Main Street Binghamton, NY . The funeral services will follow immediately. A private burial will be held later, at Chenango Valley Cemetery.
