Kevin E Ciza passed away on September 14th, in his 54th year, after a battle with covid, pneumonia, and strep. He was predeceased by his father, Edward Ciza. He is survived by his mother, Irene Ciza; his wife of 30 years, Christine Ciza; his brother, Edward Ciza; his sister, Karol Potts; and his children, Nicholas and Sarah Ciza.
Kevin grew up in Johnson City and was a graduate in the class of ‘84. He furthered his education at SUNY Broome, where he met his wife, Christine. Kevin and Christine married in 1991, bought a house in Castle Creek where they started their family and settled for the past 30 years.
Kevin made the world easier for everyone and will be missed by not only his family but the many, many friends he had. Kevin’s wishes were not to have any funeral or services but to be cremated and have his ashes kept by his children. The best way to honor Kevin is to go fishing, hunting, boating, singing and jamming out to your favorite songs and enjoying times with family and friends.
