Lena (Peduto) Martin

Lena Martin, 93, passed away peacefully on Saturday June 14th, 2014. She was predeceased by her husband John Martin, Jr. Lena is survived by her brother Ross Peduto and his wife Carole, her sister Jean Johnson and her husband George. She is also survived by her nephew James Peduto and his wife Denise, her nieces; Karen Beckhorn and husband Jay, Joan Oblak  and her husband Bruno. Lena has one great nephew, Michael Peduto, and two great nieces; Elena and Carole Beckhorn,  all three whom she treasured.
Lena was a sweet, gentle soul with a spark of lively humor. She wholeheartedly loved her God and Family. Family and friends are invited to call Thursday morning from 9:00 to 9:30 am at the Ernest H. Parsons Funeral Home. The Office of Christian Burial will be held, Thursday June 19 at 10:00 am at Holy Spirit Byzantine Catholic Church, Clinton Street, Binghamton, NY,  with Reverend Peter Tomas. Internment will follow at Holy Spirit Cemetery. Arrangements are with Ernest H. Parsons Funeral Home, 71 Main Street, Binghamton NY.
