Norma Osborne Jones Severson, 90, of Johnson City, NY, formerly of Windsor, passed away Tuesday, , March 8th, after a brief illness. Born November 6, , 1920 , she was predeceased by her parents, Burton and Susie Osborne , her husbands , Kendall R. Jones and Edgar E. Severson, her sister, Beulah Bartholomew and her brothers , Bernard and Stanley Osborne.

She is survived by two sons and their wives, Burton and Nancy Jones , of Binghamton, and Parker and Kathy Jones and their two children, Colleen and Timothy Jones , of Landisville, PA. She is also survived by her step son and daughter in law , Gary and Judy Severson, seven grandchildren and eight grandchildren, her sister in law Mary Lou Osborne of Binghamton as well as several, nieces, and nephews.

Norma had been an active RSVP volunteer at Willow Point Nursing Home for nine years until 2002.

Private Funeral Services will be held at the convenience of the family. Entombment will be in Vestal Hills Memorial Park Vestal, NY.  Those wishing may direct donations in Norma's' name to the American Heart Association 28 S. Washington Street, Binghamton NY.  Arrangements are with the Ernest H. Parsons Funeral Home, Inc. Binghamton NY .
