Patricia P. Nichols, 61, of Johnson City passed away Monday April 8th, 2013 at her home.

Born December 29, 1951 in Beckley, WV, the daughter of the Hazel Ward Clemins. Patricia worked as a self-employed bookkeeper in Ohio for many years. She was a loving mother and grandmother and will be missed by all who knew her.

She is survived by her son David (Leanne) Turner, her grandchildren Keera and Logan Turner, her mother Hazel Ward Clemins, her brother, John (Wanda) Clemins, her niece Leslie Gump Rhodes, her two adopted children Andy and Susie Clemins, and many other extended family members.

At Patricia’s request there will be no services.
