Robert R. Lacey

Robert R. Lacey, Jr. died on Tuesday , August 31, 2010 at the age of 89. He was predeceased by his wife Esther Anderson Lacey and is survived by their three sons and daughters-in-law: Rob and Joan (Binghamton), Art and Debby (Columbus, Ohio), and Rick and Lynne (Binghamton). Also surviving are granddaughters Heather and her husband Ben Hallett, Rebecca and her fiancé, Dan Dupree, Emily, and Abigail Lacey.

Dr. Lacey graduated from Binghamton schools, Colgate University, and the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine. He was a lifelong resident of Binghamton where he retired from his dental practice in 1985. He served as a volunteer in his community, his church, his profession, his Rotary Club and was a retired Navy Reserve Dentist.

In his honor a Memorial Service will be held at Trinity memorial Church, 44 Main Street, Binghamton, NY on Sunday, September 5^th at 2:00 p.m. The family will greet friends following the services for a reception at the church.
