Thomas Alva Myers

Thomas Alva Myers,62, passed away peacefully on Feb.19, 2015. He was born in Margaretville, NY, to William Henry Myers and Mary Moran Myers.
He is survived by his wife of 20 years, Lynn Myers, of Greenville, SC, ex-wife Margaret Torto, son, Thomas Walter Myers and daughter Christina Irene Myers of Binghamton, NY, brothers, Michael (Sherri), Patrick (Cindy) and Frederick Myers of Fleischmans, NY and many other loving relatives. He served honorably in Vietnam as a 2nd Lieutenant in the Marine Corps. He was a gentle giant with a huge heart who will be remembered for bringing out the best in everyone. A private funeral will be held at a later date. Donations may be made in Tom's memory to the McCall Hospice House in Simpsonville, SC or to your favorite charity.
